Thursday's Markets End Positive

Tel Aviv--Ahad HaAm Street saw this Thursday bringing positive closing of the markets on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Bonds markets were flat today, however.

This comes on the heals of early closing of markets in the U.S. and Europe.

Wednesday Markets Up

Tel Aviv--Markets were up on Ahad HaAm Street today.

On both the stocks and bonds markets on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), trading closed the day on a positive note.

Stocks in the real estate and high tech stock indicies showed strong showings.

Monday's Markets Mixed

Tel Aviv--Markets were mixed at the close of trading, Monday, on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Stock trading was up, while bond trading was slightly down.

Israeli newspaper "Globes" reported yesterday that the TASE markets were encouraged by the positive reports by the International Monetary Fund on Israel's monetary policies.

Sunday's Markets Down

Tel Aviv--The markets started the week on a sour note on Ahad HaAm Street today.

Stocks on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) were down at the close of today's active trading.

This comes on the heels of mixed results at Friday's close of New York Markets.

Thursday's Markets Closing Week Positive

Tel Aviv--Stocks closed positively, while bonds trading was flat on Ahad HaAm Street today.

On the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), stocks showed a recovery after yesterday's slight losses at the markets' close.

The index that closed the highest was the TA-Banks, up 2.43% at the markets' close.

Wednesday Markets Slightly Falling

Tel Aviv--On Ahad HaAm Street, the markets were slightly down on this Wednesday.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) closed slightly negative in most of its indices.

Only the Estate-15 and the Yeter indices closed positively, both up about 0.14%.

Tuesday's Markets Falling

Tel Aviv--Tuesday was a depressing day on Ahad HaAm Street.

Stock trading was down as the indices on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) closed negatively.

As Fox News reported today that the U.S. economy is not strong, due to high unemployment. According to that news network, about 10 percent of U.S. citizens are jobless.

This means that they have less money buy products and save money.

Thursday's TASE Markets Closing Positively

Tel Aviv--The week ended on Ahad HaAm Street on a positive note.

At the beginning of this work week, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) was falling. Stocks trading was closing down.

At the close of yesterday's and today's stocks and bonds trading it appears that the TASE is in recovery mode.

Wednesday's Markets Sunny

Tel Aviv--Sunny skies were seen across the Tel Aviv region as the rains stopped this morning.

As the weather got better, so did the mood on Ahad HaAm Street today.

Markets on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) were up at the close of today's trading.

Tuesday TASE Markets Falling

Tel Aviv--A gloomy rainy day on Ahad HaAm Street lowered the mood at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). This and the downward opening trading on both the Nasdaq Stock Exchange and the Dow Jones Industrial Averages today are showing up in the negative performances of the TASE indices.

Dark skies and heavy rainfall were experienced throughout the day, today, in Israel.

Adding to the gloomy weather atmosphere, the U.S. markets are showing today heavy weakness. This influences Israeli stock weak performances.
