Tel Aviv--Markets were up on Ahad HaAm Street today.
On both the stocks and bonds markets on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), trading closed the day on a positive note.
Stocks in the real estate and high tech stock indicies showed strong showings.
At the close of Wednesday markets, the General index closed at 954.82, up 0.81%. The TA-25 index closed at 1,129.90, down 0.02%. The TA-100 index closed at 1,053.74, up 0.38%. The TA-75 index closed at 798.48, up 1.47%. The Tel-Tech 15 index closed at 234.24, up 1.90%. The Finance-15 index closed at 1,199.66, up 0.18%. The index closed at Estate-15 index closed at 302.44, up 1.01%. The TA-Banks index closed at 1,317.33, up 0.69%. The Tel - Div 20 index closed at 1,306.06, up 0.47%. The Maala index closed at 973.81, up 0.25%. The Mid-Cap 50 index closed at 414.15, up 2.21%. The Mid Cap-120 index closed at 820.87, up 3.51%. The Yeter-Rest of Shares & Convertibles index closed at 905.11, up 1.32%.
Turning to the bonds indices, the All Bonds index closed at 244.84, up 0.09%. The CPI Linked Government Bonds (Galil) index closed at 248.10, up 0.14%. The Non-Linked Government Bonds index closed at 292.11, up 0.04%. The Non-Linked, Fixed Interest, Gov. Bonds (Shahar) index closed at 319.72, up 0.06%. The Non-Linked , Floating Interest, Gov. Bonds (Gilon) index closed at 252.69, down 0.02%. The Tel-Bond 20 index closed at 245, down 0.10%. The Tel-Bond 40 index closed at 235.98, up 0.10%. The Tel-Bond 60 index closed at 241.15, with no change from yesterday's markets. The Tel Bond-Shekel index closed at 243.12, up 0.36%. The CPI-Linked Non-Government Bonds index closed at 241.93, up 0.07%. The Currency-Linked, Non-Government Bonds index closed at 170.30, up 0.09%. The Short Term Treasury Bill index closed at 250.77, closing with no change from yesterday's markets.
